Client Users Database: Client Users is the foundation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This allows you to add, edit or delete users. Client Users are used by "Email Broadcast" and "Opt Ins" users. The Client User database also allows you to group your users, keep track of their contact information (work and personal) and to easily communicate with them. This grouping is important when you want to communicate via email to an individual or a group of users. The Client Users database integrates with Opt Ins database, Net-Flow Shopping Cart and Client update information form.

Email Broadcast Pro: Easily stay in communication with your customers and prospect. Email Broadcast allows you to add database contacts in the To field, Subject field, Body field (html editor included) and one attachment. Email Broadcast sends each email out separately through our SMTP servers, thus, preventing your ISP from blocking the amount of messages that you send out. Through our Broadcast Campaign Manager you will be able to track successful sent messages, non-valid email addresses and duplicate messages. Easily manage and interact with your Contacts by Groups. If your Contacts data source is on-line and available via LDAP the EMBP can use your data source. Additional configuration is needed for LDAP support.

Opt-In Functionality: Clients can now allow their customers to easily “sign up” or “opt in” to your mailing list, and enables you to manage your marketing campaigns by targeting groups of people who signed up. This “Opt In” feature can either add the person to the database or email the person that submitted the request require them to “acknowledge” the request via email. Upon authorization, you will be notified of their addition to your designated group. This option is most often used in conjunction with the Email Broadcast Pro.

Standard Webpage Profile: Allows web site administrators to easily update free flowing text using our web based html editor. Also allows for Administrators to design site content in their preferred html editor and copy and paste content into the Webpage Profiles. Add/edit/delete content any where, any time, on any computer that has a current web browser and Internet access. No html or programming skills required.
